Como bloquear facebook, batepapo MSN Messenger, rede social Orkut e sites impróprios?

I'm a Pole so I may make lots of of mistakes but I'd like to ask you for assist.
Downloading and instalation of Kurupira Web Filter go properly but it doesn't want to start.
When I try to do it, there only language select window shows up. I choose 'english', the window disappears and after a few seconds appear again with the same question and all the story repeats again and again, etc.
What should I do?
